Biographical Information:
Dr. Patricia J. Richardson has been creating healthy, beautiful smiles through individualized care for over 21 years. She has created a practice with a more relaxed atmosphere where caring, experienced professionals will take the time to listen to your unique needs and customize your care. It is a relationship-based practice with a goal of helping patients to keep their teeth all of their lives, in comfort, health, function and esthetics and to accomplish this appropriately according to each patient’s temperament, circumstances and personal objectives. Dr. Richardson’s areas of special interest are esthetic dentistry, restorative dentistry and implant dentistry. These include therapies to help patients with occlusal (bite) disease, patients with worn, fractured and missing teeth and patients in pain due to TMJ concerns. Her advanced knowledge and years of experience allow her to set a solid foundation for exquisite esthetics and natural beauty. Dr. Richardson is a 1984 graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She is originally from Madison and did her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Following graduation she completed a General Practice Residency at Meriter Hospital in Madison. Since 1995 she has undergone extensive study of comprehensive dentistry at the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies and the Pankey Institute in Florida. She has also studied at the Misch International Implant Institute to better serve her patients who would benefit from implant dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Equilibration Society and she participates in two advanced dental study clubs affiliated with the Pankey Institute. Supporting Dr. Richardson is her highly trained staff, many of whom have been with her for over ten years. Everyone in the office will work with understanding and compassion to make each patient visit a pleasant experience.
