Dr. Lee Clitheroe is a native Houstonian and has practiced in Houston and the outlying Sugar Land area for over 21 years.  Dr. Clitheroe graduated from the University of Texas Dental Branch and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1985.  Dr. Clitheroe's philosophy of practice is to create an environment to welcome patients as family and friends in an atmosphere where relationships come first.  Dr. Clitheroe took over his father's practice so the relationships and high level of care stretch a 45 year span.

Dr. Clitheroe's state of the art office includes T.V.s  with noise cancelling headphones in each room.  Dr. Clitheroe's office staff are skilled veterans who are here to make you as comfortable as possible as well as answer any questions you might have.  Our desire to focus attention on each patient allows us to see a very limited number of patients a day so that you have our undivided attention.

Dr. Clitheroe is active in many professional organizations.  He has been an active member of The Greater Houston Dental Society since 1985.  He has served on many committees and held most postitions and will be inducted as president of the GHDS in May of 2006.  Dr. Clitheroe also serves as a delegate to the Texas Dental Association and alternate delegate to the American Dental Association.  In 2002, he was inducted into the International College of Dentists.  He also has joined the ranks of the Academy of Operative Dentisty and is also a volunteer dentist for Houston Healthcare for the Homeless as well as the San Jose Clinic.  He has served on the Vestry of his church, the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany and the board of directors at the local YMCA.

Dr. Clitheroe is a second generation dentist and his father, Dr. Bill Clitheroe also attended the Pankey institute.  Dr. Clitheroe found the Panky education and philosophy to posses the elements missing from dental school and traditional teachings and he is currently participating in a Panky based study group in Houston.
