Dr. Rob Wortzel believes that a person’s teeth can last a lifetime in comfort, health, and natural beauty. His program of Integrative Dental Care is built upon the sound principles of comprehensive care he learned at the Pankey Institute of Advanced Dental Studies. Dr. Wortzel, and his wife Donna, a registered dental hygienist, have been providing personalized comprehensive care in their Mountainside, New Jersey practice since 1979. By integrating the 4 pillars of dentistry (teeth, gums, bite, and smile), patients have the opportunity to be as healthy as they choose to be. A healthy mouth is integral to an optimally healthy body.
The office has a relaxed pace. Fountains and aromatherapy are soothing and comforting. You will be cared for by a team of highly trained, compassionate professionals, whose main focus is you. . Initial appointments center on collecting and providing information in a way that is clear and relevant to your situation. Together, we create a plan for health.
Dr. Wortzel graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in 1975, and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1978. Throughout his participation with the Pankey Institute of Advanced Dental Studies, he has honed his skills of integrative dental care. .
Dr. Wortzel spends his free time pursuing a lifelong love of music. He plays harmonica, guitar, piano, sings and writes songs. He has produced CD’s, videos, and tapes. By merging dentistry and music, he has helped to create a positive image of dentistry.
