Biographical Information:
Dr. Paul Mighion earned a B.A. from Kalamazoo College. While there, he worked at the Library of Congress, studied in Munster, Germany, and did research at the Upjohn Pharmaceutical Company. He graduated from the University of Detroit School of Dentistry in 1984 and immediately moved to North Carolina and practiced as an associate dentist in Concord. Dr. Mighion moved to Mocksville in 1987.

Dr. Mighion has taken courses in the following: two year course in orthodontics in 1986 and 1987; a UNC mini residency in periodontics in 1986; completed a hands-on course in endodontics by the designer of most of the modern endodontic materials in 1994 and again in 2001; completed the first four continuums of the Pankey Institute; taken the majority of Dr Spears’ lecture courses; and multiple courses on restoring dental implants. He is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry and member of the ADA and the Forsyth County Dental Society as well as one of the original members of the Greater Forsyth Study Club.

Dr. Mighion likes to golf, travel, cook, and watch sports and movies. He is a Detroit Red Wing and Tiger and UNC basketball fan.
