Biographical Information:
Dr. Kozelko is a native of Traverse City, Michigan, and has been practicing dentistry here since 1975. His father, Dr. Stephen Kozelko, Sr., founded the practice in 1946, and practiced until 1990. Dr. Kozelko graduated from the University of Michigan Dental School in 1975. He received the Louis C. Schultz Award in Operative Rehabilitation and the R. F. Sommer Endodontic Study Club Award. He completed the L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education Levels CI thru CVI, between the years of 1978-1993. In 1998 he completed the L.S.U. Continuum on Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Kozelko is a member of the following organizations; American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Resort District Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, Vedder Society (Crown and Bridge), and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry We have an outstanding, dedicated staff of people committed to providing the highest quality dental care available in a caring, respectful and enthusiastic manner.
