Biographical Information:
Dr. Fondriest maintains a full-time private practice in Lake Forest, Illinois, with a primary focus on comprehensive esthetic restorative dentistry.  Currently on the Board of Directors at the Pankey Institute, Dr. Fondriest is also a Visiting Faculty member of this prestigious organization. He is a nationally recognized speaker / educator on the topic of esthetics and the latest advances in this rapidly evolving discipline. A well published author, Dr. Fondriest has a strong commitment to providing the highest quality of dental care, along with developing sound educational programs for cosmetic dentists.

Dr. Fondriest is an active member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, the Academy of Osseointegration implant society, and the American Equilibration Society.  Dr. Fondriest is the past President of the North Suburban Dental Society of Chicago.  He has served on the Board of the Illinois State Dental Society and is a fellow in the International College of Dentists, the American College of Dentists, the Odontographic Society of Chicago (an Affiliate of The Institute of Medicine), and the Pierre Fauchard Academy honor organizations.

Dr. Fondriest lives and practices in Lake Forest, Illinois.  He and his wife Diane have two children and a hound dog.  Dr. Fondriest is active in his community having served on the boards of United Way, Lake Forest Rotary, Gorton Community Center, and his church.  He is an avid photographer and enjoys jogging and trying to play golf.
