Biographical Information:
Dr. Dzakovich received his D.D.S. degree from Loyola University School of Dentistry in 1979 and has been in private practice his entire professional career. He was a clinical instructor in Loyola’s fixed-prosthodontic department and mentored a dental study club in Arlington Heights, Illinois. He is a past president of The Chicago Component, of The Academy of General Dentistry; a member of The American Dental Association, Illinois Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, The International Academy of Gnathology and The Academy of Operative Dentistry. He is an alumnus of the L.D. Pankey Institute and currently serves as Chairman of The Northwest Suburban Branch of the Chicago Dental Society Peer Review Committee. Recently, he has completed a four-year in vitro study of the effects of toothpaste and toothbrush on the human dentition.
