Biographical Information:
Dr. Lucas graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of English from Temple University in 1977. At that time, he was also inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa academic honor fraternity. Dr. Lucas received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh in 1981 and served in several associateships in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He moved to his present location in Naples, Florida in 1987.
Dr. Lucas has received extensive postdoctoral training at the L.D. Pankey Institute for advanced dental education. He has completed all six levels as well as the Dawson Masters Forum, the Invisalign course, and the Esthetics Course. Dr. Lucas has also worked extensively with the Schuster Center for Professional Development, a leader in dental practice administration. Dr. Lucas has attended numerous other continuing education courses in implant, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry and enjoys learning current advancements in his field.
Dr. Lucas has a long-term, caring staff and a practice philosophy based on indivdualized care and on-time service to our patients. A keystone of our practice is our comprehensive examination process to evaluate teeth, gums, esthetic goals, bite and jaw joints. This leads to an intensively patient-centered treatment plan, unique for each patient.
In his leisure time, Dr. Lucas enjoys weight-training, fitness and reading. Dr. Lucas looks forward to many years of relationship-centered practice.
