A little about Dr. Richardson:

Dr. Ron Richardson has been practicing family and cosmetic dentistry in Melbourne since 1985.  He is a graduate of West Virginia University Dental School and completed his General Practice Residency at West Virginia University.  He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry where he is also past president. 

Respected for his education and extensive clinical expertise, Dr. Richardson was one of only 25 dentists in the world to be inducted into the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics in 1999. Dr. Richardson is a graduate of the LD Pankey Institute, LSU Cosmetic Continuum, Pacific Esthetic Continuum, and Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education. 

He served as the Restorative Advisor to the Brevard County Study Club, and is the only Brevard County member of the Crown Council – a prestigious national alliance of leading edge dentists.  He is sought after to lecturer nationally on dental materials, smile design concepts, and cosmetic techniques.  Dr. Richardson enjoys giving back to the community through the Smiles for Life Foundation and Operation Smile.

During the Smiles for Life Campaign Dr. Richardson offers teeth whitening at a significantly reduced cost, with 100% of the proceeds going to help underprivileged children. The funds he raises for Operation Smile are used to transform lives across the world by correcting cleft lips and palates in children who might otherwise not have access to dental and medical care.

In addition, Dr. Richardson is active in his local community by providing free dentistry to the Space Coast Center for Mothers with Children. Dr. Richardson enjoys playing tennis, snow skiing, fishing, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
